Langsung welcomes multiple research and field visits, supporting the new era of China-Nigeria cooperation.
From January 27 to 30, 2024, Fang Qiuchen, President of the China Association of International Contractors (CAIC), led a delegation to conduct a research visit to the Lekki Free Trade Zone. During the visit, Fang and his team visited Langsung Electric Free Trade Zone Company, accompanied by Yu Xiaohong, Vice President of the CAIC, and representatives from China Civil Engineering Nigeria Co., Ltd. They conducted a detailed inspection of the company's development status and industrial layout.

Previously, from December 8 to 10, 2023, Ambassador Yu Dunhai, China's new ambassador to Nigeria, and Consul General Yan Yuqing of China in Lagos led a delegation to visit Langsung Electric for an in-depth inspection. Ambassador Yu Dunhai highly praised Langsung Electric for its contributions as a Chinese enterprise in Nigeria, particularly in the context of the deepening development of Sino-Nepalese relations. Langsung Electric has actively participated in local economic development and made significant efforts to promote Sino-Nepalese friendly cooperation.
During the inspection, Ambassador Yu Dunhai stated that President Tinubu of Nigeria recently conducted a state visit to China and attended the Beijing Summit of the China-Africa Cooperation Forum, where he and Chinese state leaders jointly announced the elevation of Sino-Nigerian relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership. This historic move marks the entry of bilateral relations into a new era, bringing new opportunities for practical cooperation in fields such as trade, energy, and infrastructure construction.
