Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) was founded in 1920. It is a national top-notch engineering university with a double first-class status. The Department of Electrical Engineering of HIT ranked 6th in the recent national comprehensive level assessment of electrical engineering first-level disciplines, which is at the leading level in the country. Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) was founded in 1950 and was once known as the "Huangpu Military Academy" of the wire and cable industry. In 2008, it was identified as a high-level university that is a key part of the Heilongjiang Province's plan to build a strong province of higher education. The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of HIT is an engineering college that combines strong and weak current. The college has strong scientific research capabilities. The Dielectric Engineering Laboratory, which is based on the two professional directions of high voltage technology and electrical insulation and cable and the high voltage and insulation technology discipline, is a cultivation base for the National Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
In 2016, Langsung signed a research and development cooperation framework agreement with Harbin Institute of Technology, jointly committed to the research and development and application of electrical products and technologies.

Cooperation between Enterprises and Institutes - Electric Power Research Institute of State Grid Heilongjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd.
Heilongjiang Electric Power Research Institute is affiliated with Heilongjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd., and is committed to serving the provincial power grid and providing technical support, technical supervision, and high-tech products to customers. As the Heilongjiang Electric Power Supervision and Inspection Center, the institute has the Class A certification qualification for engineering commissioning of the State Power Corporation.
The institute has 17 professional laboratories, including electrical measurement, relay control, high voltage, and computer, 12 functional departments, and multiple operating enterprises. The institute has commissioned China's first high-temperature and high-pressure unit, and completed the commissioning and technical support work for the first domestically optimized 600MW unit. The six commissioning projects it completed won the National Science and Technology Progress Award, more than 70 projects won the National Ministry of Electric Power and Heilongjiang Provincial Government Science and Technology Progress Award, and nearly 400 projects won the Heilongjiang Electric Power Company Science and Technology Progress Award.
In 2022, Langsung signed a strategic R&D cooperation agreement with State Grid Heilongjiang Electric Power Research Institute, jointly committed to the R&D and application of gravity energy storage system technology.
