University-Enterprise Cooperation - Harbin Institute of Technology

Founded in 1920, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) is a top-tier Chinese engineering university with "Double First-Class" status. HIT holds a dominant position in aerospace, robotics, communications, and welding. In the national comprehensive assessment of electrical engineering disciplines, HIT's School of Electrical Engineering and Automation ranked fourth, placing it at the domestic leading level. Since 2018, Langsung has collaborated with HIT's School of Aerospace, School of Mechatronics, and School of Electrical Engineering and Automation on joint R&D, achieving the following results:

• Single-speed and dual-speed fan automatic control systems;
• Inspection and patrol flying robots for substation equipment and facilities;
• Visual recognition quality inspection application systems.

University-Enterprise Cooperation - Harbin University of Science and Technology

Founded in 1950, Harbin University of Science and Technology (HRUST) was once renowned as the "Whampoa Military Academy of the Wire and Cable Industry." In 2008, it was designated as a key university in Heilongjiang Province's higher education strengthening plan. The College of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at HRUST is known for its unique combination of strong-current and weak-current engineering, with robust research capabilities. Its specialties in high-voltage technology, electrical insulation and cable, and the discipline of high-voltage and insulation technology have long enjoyed a prestigious reputation. The Dielectric Engineering Laboratory serves as a cultivation base for the Ministry of Science and Technology's national laboratory.

In 2016, Langsung Electric and HRUST signed a framework agreement for R&D cooperation, jointly committing to the development and application of electrical products and technologies.

Results: 1. Medium and low voltage dual-power automatic fast transfer switching devices;

                      2. Low-temperature electrochemical energy storage systems.

Enterprise-Research Institute Cooperation - State Grid Heilongjiang Electric Power Research Institute

State Grid Heilongjiang Electric Power Research Institute is dedicated to serving the provincial power grid, providing technical support, technical supervision, and high-tech products. As the Heilongjiang Province Power Supervision and Inspection Center, the institute holds Class A qualification for engineering commissioning from the State Power Corporation. The institute features 17 specialized laboratories, including electrical measurement, relay control, high voltage, and computer labs, 12 functional departments, and multiple operating enterprises. The institute undertook the commissioning work of China's first high-temperature and high-pressure unit, and completed the commissioning and technical support for the first domestically optimized 600MW unit. Six of its commissioning projects have won the National Science and Technology Progress Award, over 70 projects have received Science and Technology Progress Awards from the Ministry of Electric Power and the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government, and nearly 400 projects have been honored with Science and Technology Progress Awards from the Heilongjiang Electric Power Company.

In 2022, Langsung Electric and the State Grid Heilongjiang Electric Power Research Institute signed a strategic R&D cooperation agreement, jointly committing to the development and application of gravity energy storage system technology.
