The Harbin Economic and Technological Development Zone Enterprise Party Committee and the Pingfang District Two New Working Committee are actively promoting capacity and work style construction.

To implement the spirit of the provincial conference on strengthening the capacity and style of government agencies and the provincial conference on optimizing the business environment, and to deepen and solidify the work of capacity and style construction and business environment optimization throughout the district. On the morning of June 16th, Wang Xin, Deputy Secretary of the Pingfang District Committee of the Two New Working Groups and Deputy Director of the Organization Department, Han Bo, national excellent party affairs worker, party building instructor of the Party Committee of Harbin Economic and Technological Development Zone Enterprises, and head of the "Han Bo Party Work Studio", along with staff members, visited Harbin Langsung Electric Co., Ltd., an enterprise in the Harbin Economic and Technological Development Zone for a field visit and research.

At Harbin Langsung Electric Co., Ltd., Chairman Chen Mansheng briefly introduced the company's development since its establishment in 2005 and its current progress toward listing. He emphasized his commitment to political principles as a provincial political advisory committee member and a district-level political advisory committee member, continuously raising political standing, and strongly supporting the company's party building work and party member cultivation. He expressed gratitude to the Party and government for their support in creating a high-quality business environment and actively recommended others to invest and establish factories in the Harbin Economic and Technological Development Zone and Pingfang District. Wang Xin stated that private enterprise party organizations should play a political core role among employees and find the integration points between party building and enterprise development. Many of the Party's fine traditions and practices can be applied to enterprise operations, such as "criticism and self-criticism" which can deeply identify and analyze problems, applicable not only to organizational life but also to enterprise management teams and production groups, "putting issues on the table" for better solutions. He hoped to further transform party building achievements into enterprise development advantages, truly playing the political leading role of the party organization in enterprise development. Han Bo commended the company's party workers for actively participating in party training and activities, as well as their responsible attitude toward party affairs work. He hoped enterprise party members would lead more outstanding colleagues around them to approach the organization, contributing to enterprise development.
