Langsung Electric Holds Its First Employee Congress of 2022

On the afternoon of January 17, 2022, Langsung Electric's first employee congress of 2022 was held in the company's first-floor meeting room. Middle and senior management, team leaders and above, outstanding employees from 2020, business personnel, and branch managers attended the meeting.

First, Chairman Chen Mansheng delivered a work report on the company's 2022 development plan, analyzing the industrial situation the company faces. He comprehensively deployed 2022 tasks from aspects such as management level, production standards, and human resources, providing basic guidelines and an action plan to achieve the company's high-quality development goals for next year and beyond.

Subsequently, Fan Chengwen, Director of the Personnel Department, focused on explaining the personnel system. Delegates at the meeting discussed urgent issues, pooled ideas, and offered suggestions. Follow-up effective implementation plans will be developed for the issues raised. Through this system exchange and learning session, the foundation of the enterprise's personnel management system was further solidified, and the standardization level of human resources work was improved.
