To summarize the production situation in the first half of 2020, analyze and reflect on the quality issues in the first half of the year, further improve and enhance inter-departmental collaboration, and formulate feasible production measures, Harbin Langsung Electric Co., Ltd. held the mid-year quality conference in the company's meeting room on July 27, 2020.

The chairman, vice president of production, chief engineer, and leaders and employee representatives from all departments attended this meeting.

First, the Quality Inspection Department summarized the quality issues existing in the first half of the year and explained and analyzed the key quality issues. Subsequently, Chief Engineer Zhang Hongzhe, Vice President of Production Zhu Yazhi, the Procurement Department, the Technical Department, and the Operation Branch discussed in depth the current status and existing problems in each department's work in the first half of the year and proposed improvement measures.

At the meeting, Chairman Chen Mansheng affirmed the progress of the quality work in all departments in 2020 and stated that quality is the foundation of Langsung's development. Quality work is a comprehensive and all-employee task, running through the entire process of production and management. A sound quality assurance system should be established, and problems and defects should be continuously identified and adjusted and improved in practice to prevent recurring small issues.

To further improve the effectiveness of quality work, it is required that all departments develop targeted measures, implement responsibilities, and actively rectify issues; later, the production department will take the lead in holding contract review meetings, reasonably arrange production schedules, and ensure production delivery time; departments may hold horizontal exchange meetings, think from different perspectives, break down departmental barriers, improve departmental collaboration efficiency, enhance corporate cohesion, and improve operational efficiency.

It is believed that through this meeting, the company's quality work will enter a new stage of development, and all employees will work together to improve product quality and management standards to a new level.
