Job Description
- Responsible for technical support for electrical complete equipment, photovoltaic systems, and energy storage systems, including pre-project solution coordination, technical consultation, on-site surveys, solution optimization, and quotation.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide technical training for customers and internal staff.
- Track technology trends in photovoltaic and energy storage fields, collect industry technical information.
- Collaborate with sales and commercial teams on project technical reviews and technical responses for bidding.
- Complete tasks assigned by leadership, facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Energy and Power Engineering, or related fields; 3+ years of experience in technical support and solution design for electrical complete equipment, photovoltaic power stations, or energy storage systems; project hands-on experience preferred.
- Familiar with electrical complete equipment, principles of photovoltaic power generation systems, component characteristics, and working mechanisms of core equipment such as inverters/combiner boxes.
- Familiar with energy storage system technologies, capable of designing and optimizing technical solutions for integrated PV-storage projects.
- Knowledgeable about national standards, industry specifications, and safety regulations for the PV and energy storage sectors.
- Proficient in using design software such as CAD.
- Basic English proficiency, good communication and presentation skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
