The LVATS-E1 dual-power automatic transfer switch, independently developed by Langsung, is a low-voltage transfer switching device capable of automatic rapid identification, analysis, judgment, and execution. It enables seamless and rapid switching between the main power supply and the backup power supply in a power distribution system.

Users can configure the switching mode based on the characteristics of the primary and backup power sources. The switch utilizes molded case circuit breakers with built-in protection functions, and can complete automatic or manual switching between main and backup power within 20ms. It offers high reliability and is particularly suitable for critical facilities and power systems where unexpected power loss is unacceptable.

Structural Characteristics

The dual-power transfer switch consists of three main components: molded case circuit breakers, an electromagnetic operating mechanism, and a control system.

  1. Two sets of molded case circuit breakers are independently controlled by electromagnetic drive mechanisms with electrical and mechanical interlocking, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
  2. The molded case circuit breakers are directly coupled with the electromagnetic drive mechanism, providing a simple and practical structure that ensures high product reliability.
  3. The operating mechanism uses rack-and-pinion mechanical transmission, ensuring independent open/close positions for both circuit breakers.
  4. The dual power input terminals and common output terminals are ergonomically designed for easy wiring installation and convenient maintenance access.
